TEMPLES: Temple sculptures may be returned with a receipt within 1 year of purchase for a full refund minus the restocking fee*. You may also exchange temples for a different size or different temple.

OTHER ITEMS: Domes and other accessories may be returned* in the original packaging (and in re-sell condition) within 1 year of purchase date. A receipt MUST accompany a return.

CUSTOM GLASS WORK: We do NOT accept returns on custom glass work. All custom work requires a 15% (non-refundable) deposit.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
